When my parents opened MoneyMan Pawn & Jewelry in 1998, I didn’t see myself one day being a pawnbroker. I spent years learning every aspect of the business and found that I loved the business and the people I have met through the years. I received my Business degree from the University of South Florida and my Graduate Gemologist diploma from the Gemological Institute of America. To have been entrusted with the family business has been a great honor and I look forward to building upon the foundation of integrity and honesty that has been firmly established over the last 20+ years. When I'm not in the store, I enjoy spending time with my husband raising our two beautiful girls.

I've been a pawnbroker & jeweler for over 38 years, starting in a family owned pawn shop in Palmetto. In those years I worked hard to establish a fair and honest reputation in our community which even resulted in my being consulted during the drafting of some of our state industry guidelines. I’ve been with MoneyMan Pawn & Jewelry since its inception, helping with the planning, opening and daily operations as Store Manager. One of my proudest achievements is the opportunity to teach newer generations in this industry and to watch where their vision will carry us.

Everyday I’m on a journey to get better, and become the best version of myself. When everyone else told me no, MoneyMan Pawn & Jewelry told me yes, took me in, and gave me a chance. Fresh out of highschool, with no work experience, they gave me the tools, help, and time to learn and get better. I love helping customers and providing more than the typical pawnshop experience. I want to build a relationship with those I give a helping hand to, so they know we’ll be there for them in their time of need. Outside of work, I love working on various different projects, improving myself, and learning more about diverse topics to further expand my knowledge. Every day you’re alive, you’re still in school. Training mode never stops.

I'm Bilingual, hablo español. Since I started in Feb 2021, I’ve learned the various ways to clean up jewelry and that there are many specific tools for different specialties. I also love that leadership provides the staff enough time for our lunch break. I hang out with my family and ride out to the beach in my spare time. Don’t be shy and stop by the store to take a look at all the merchandise. You never know what you might find!
